• Reusable code libraries and frameworks

6.2 Company Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of YuPing Network Technology and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that:

• Our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner
• We have the necessary rights and licenses to provide our services
• Our work will not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SERVICE AGREEMENT, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement:

• For convenience with 30 days' written notice
• Immediately for material breach that remains uncured after written notice
• Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or files for bankruptcy

Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services:

• The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation
• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. General Provisions

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company
• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver
• You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent
